Originally tote bags designed in the 19th century by L.L. Bean to carry ice, ice is probably the last thing you will want to carry in this bag. We are thinking more along the lines of wallets, cameras, notebooks, wrenches, airplane tickets, a trail map, and maybe a few Keto bars, at least that’s what is in our founders Dustin Humphrey’s tote. Whatever accessory it is you need on your next adventure this bag is an open and willing participant. Made of durable canvas and printed with our Icono logo.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery may take an extra 1-2 days to ship due to abnormal volume, but this is the exception, and not the norm.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For FedEx Express shipping, the delivery date will depend on which service type you selected (Next Day or 2-Day). Please note that our FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-Day shipping methods do not deliver on the weekends.

Shipping times start from the date your order ships, and not the date your order was placed. If you are having trouble receiving your delivery during shipping please contact your local office.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date and are 100% free! Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.

Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date, and still only if the item(s) are in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunded amounts will be applied to the original payment method used for ordering. We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

We have a very automated return process and if you add items from another return in the same package it will delay the processing of your refund**
